        INTEGRATIVE PASTORAL MEDICAL ASSOCIATION® FOR TRADEMARK, CERTIFICATION MARK AND/OR 

            COPYRIGHT VIOLATIONS & UN-AUTHORIZED USE OF PROTECTED CREDENTIALS AND LICENSING®

List of Individuals, Institutions and Clinics that are Black Listed as having Licenses, certifications or registrations which are NOT recognized by the Federally Registered Pastoral Health Professional Licensing Administration of the Integrative Pastoral Medical Association® and the National Commission-Apprenticeship and Certification Board of Integrative and Pastoral Medicine®  and are deemed to be in violation of Federal Trade-mark/Certification Mark Laws.

Those enlisted below will be included in any Legal Federal Restraining orders in the process of being filed and Federal Prosecution for violation of our Nation Certification Marks/Trademarks and copyrights. This includes having the names and business contact handed over to the Attorney General  and making formal complaints with State Medical Boards in the respective State of practice for failure to Cease and Desist using or displaying trademark, certification mark and copyrighted content and un-authorized use of the Name "Pastoral Medical Association" and/or "Pastoral Medicine" or any combination of such usage alone or with other words indicating that one is licensed, registered, affiliated with and/or is accredited by any other association mis-using or infringing on the name Pastoral Medical Association® which is registered & owned by "The  Integrative Pastoral Medical Association". Such PO BOX Associations and their affiliates based in Cayuga Texas ran by Eric Carter are in violation and We will prosecute to the maximum allowed by LAW!!

No Claim can be made on religious licensing grounds due to Fraudulent misrepresentation of License and registrations and un-authorized use of such licenses via un-registered associations and deliberate confusion of the public in regards to such use in commerce..

We do not recognize these organizations, individuals, clinics, institutions nor their licensure, practitioners & so-called accreditted instiutions!  Any Colleges, Institutions or Practitioners who claim accreditation or licensure to Pastoral Medicine but does not use the above herein Organization symbol of the Apprenticeship and Certification Board" & Registered Certification mark "®", are NOT Accreditted nor Authorized by "The actual Integrative Pastoral Medical Association" herein registered with the USPTO & Government as both an ecclesiastical & occupational license Authority. We have not authorized any other organizations or associations to use "Integrative Pastoral Medicine®" or "Pastoral Medicine" or any combination of the name either alone or with other words or phrases  nor our intellectual property & ideas without our permission.  We are in the process of taking legal & possible criminal action to protect our Registered Certification Mark & Intellectual property against those who HIDE BEHIND PO BOXES & will pursue and prosecute anyone who is caught advertising our registered Certification Marks or copyrights  without authorized permission & appropriate licensing via the actual Integrative Pastoral Medical Association. All right explicity reserved. That includes any practitioners or Institutions advertsing they are licensed, certified in Pastoral Medicine from the PMA ran by Eric Carter.

Lanham (Trademark)Act:

■Section 32: “Any person who shall, without the consent of the registrant — use in commerce any reproduction, counterfeit, copy, or colorable imitation of a registered mark in connection with the sale, offering for sale, distribution, or advertising of any goods or services on or in connection with which such use is likely to cause confusion, or to cause mistake, or to deceive . . . shall be liable in a civil action by the registrant. . . .”[6]

■Section 43: “Any person who, on or in connection with any goods or services, or any container for goods, uses in commerce any word, term, name, symbol, or device, or any combination thereof, or any false designation of origin, false or misleading description of fact, or false or misleading representation of fact, which — is likely to cause confusion, or to cause mistake, or to deceive as to the affiliation, connection, or association of such person with another person, or as to the origin, sponsorship, or approval of his or her goods, services, or commercial activities by another person . . . shall be liable in a civil action by any person who believes that he or she is or is likely to be damaged by such act.”[7]

Reference: Trademark:  Although liability for contributory infringement is not expressly imposed by the Lanham Act, the U.S. Supreme Court has recognized that "liability for trademark infringement can extend beyond those who actually mislabel goods with the mark of another."  See Inwood Laboratories, Inc. v. Ives Laboratories, Inc., 456 U.S. 844 (1982).

If a manufacturer or distributer intentionally induces another to infringe a trademark, or if it continues to supply its product to one whom it knows or has reason to know is engaging in trademark infringement, the manufacturer or distributer is contributorially responsible for any harm done as a result of the deceit. ANY PRACTITIONERS OR ACADEMIC INSTITUTIONS WHO SOLITICS, ADVERTISES AND/OR CLAIMS TO HAVE A DOCTOR OF PASTORAL MEDICINE CERTIFICATION, LICENSE OR REGISTRATION, THAT DOES NOT HAVE THE "®" AFTER HIS/HER CREDENTIALS IS NOT LICENSED NOR AUTHORIZED BY THIS LICENSING & CERTIFICATION BOARD TO PRACTICE PASTORAL MEDICINE® IN ANY CAPACITY & IS DEEMED TRADEMARK/CERTIFICATION MARK INFRINGING AND WILL BE ADDED TO A COLLECTIVE DATABASE TO BE BLACKLISTED AND PROSECUITED. ANY PRACTITIONER OR INSTITUTION CAUGHT USING "®" "TM", AND IS NOT AUTHORIZED BY OUR CERTIFICATION BOARD TO DO SO,  WILL BE PURSUED FOR CRIMINAL & CIVIL PROSECUTION.

ALL PRACTITIONERS LEGITIMATELY LICENSED/REGISTERED TO PRACTICE "PASTORAL MEDICINE" WILL HAVE THE REGISTERED ® SUFFIX AS APART OF THEIR CREDENTIALS (I.E. MD(P)®,  I-HD(P)®, PMC® ETC ETC...

Please also note that anyone can "use religion" or the term "Pastoral"  to practice "questionable healthcare" without having any official standards or quality of service or evidence based clinical skills. Many people calling themselves Doctors and therapists use "bogus" religious credentials to practice based on "internet or seminar only training" & use questionable diagnostic devices and procedures that are not CLIA Registered or FDA Class registered(i.e. many EDS devices, Live Blood analysis, methane blue etc) & are nothing more than gimmicks to rip people off and they also pose a potential risk to the public when they have no true accountability.

Our Licensing Board is designed to "PREVENT THIS CIRCUMVENTION OF STATE & FEDERAL LAWS" by predator practitioners using "religion" who prey on the ignorance of the public. We provide a wealth of information on the practice of Pastoral Medicine, its history, standards and protocols for the public to have direct access to.
